What is Systematic Kinesiology?

Systematic Kinesiology is a non-invasive form of holistic natural health care that uses muscle testing as an energetic bio-feedback system from our bodies in order to determine where health issues stem from, where imbalances and energy drains are located and what particular stresses are affecting us.

Systematic Kinesiology is based on the principle that muscles, organs and glands are connected by a network of energetic channels that are often referred to as meridians.

Systematic Kinesiology is one of the fastest growing fields in natural health therapies. It is a complete natural healthcare system using muscle testing to identify what the body needs to restore and maintain health and well being.

The restoration of balance is achieved using kinesiology balancing techniques that address four key areas of the body.

Muscle Testing is the tool of the Kinesiologist, used to identify the text to the right. In Systematic Kinesiology we muscle test up to 44 muscles.

The body does not lie so through precise muscle testing we are able to establish a bespoke treatment programme including nutritional recommendations, lifestyle changes, acupressure, firm reflex massage, flower remedies, emotional support, gentle structural re-alignment and much more.

Physical – Structural (muscles, tissue, bones…) balancing techniques to physically align the body including your back, shoulders, knees and cranial work.

Chemical – Identifying what the body is deficient in (eg nutrition/ vitamins and minerals) as well as what the body is getting that it does not want (eg food sensitivity testing) and correcting the Ileo caecal valce (ICV) which is a fundamental part of your everyday wellness and very often ‘missed’ in the medical world.

Emotional – emotional techniques enabling support for past, present and future emotional issues. These could be fears, phobias, goals that are not being achieved and past traumas. Bach flower remedies, organic nutrition for the nervous system, (when relevant) and powerful emotional modes and balances to restore serenity and confidence to the mind and body.

Electrical – Acupuncture meridians and combinations of acupressure holding points to balance our electrical field. Incorporating the philosophy of the ancient Chinese Traditional 5 Element Theory. Energy balancing and clearing along with purging the body of over energies and any blocks in its pathways

A lot of conditions take between 2-4 sessions to get any big changes, but most people feel a difference after the first session and leave feeling different in a positive way!

It is suggested that all clients drink plenty of water, exercise regularly and eat a healthy balanced diet, with a good supply of vegetables, good quality protein and complex carbohydrates. A Kinesiologist recognises that everyone is individual and takes that approach with each new client. They understand that there can be many ways to get results with a client and often one needs to look at all angles to the get the best outcome, as each person is so unique.

I encourage my clients to follow the homework, after the session, to the best of their abilities to get good results, and enhance the affects of the treatment. Homework might involve some life style changes such as avoiding certain foods they are intolerant to, or taking some supplements.
