Have you heard of Bach Remedies?

Have you heard of Bach Flower Remedies?

There are 38 Remedies that were discovered by Dr Bach a physician, pathologist and bacteriologist in the 1920’s and 1930’s. In the Health’s Angels clinic through Kinesiology we let your body select the correct remedy to support your emotional needs.

Each of the 38 remedies is directed at a particular characteristic or emotional state. To select your remedies you need, think about the sort of person you are and the way you are feeling.

For good and lasting results this should take a course of 3 months. The first results can already be felt after a few days or weeks, depending on the person. A bottle of 50 ml will last 1 month approximately.

What is kinesiology?

November 12, 2019

Kinesiology: Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) Approved Definition by the Kinesiology Federation.

Kinesiology is a natural therapy which uses muscle response testing to identify and correct imbalances in order to promote and restore excellent health and well-being.

During a typical session the Kinesiologist will take a health and medical history and work with the client to identify and address their individual concerns. Assessments are made using gentle manual muscle response testing where the Kinesiologist seeks to identify the issues which may be affecting the client’s health and well-being in order to restore balance. Clients are fully clothed.

The most appropriate corrections and remedies are also identified using muscle response testing. Kinesiology is a truly holistic complementary therapy and can identify priority areas for intervention as well as the most effective techniques and remedies based on individual needs of each client.

Kinesiology assistance can include gentle physical corrections of muscles, recommendations for foods or approved bio-chemical supplements and remedies and a variety of techniques for emotional and energetic imbalance.

Many different factors affect and contribute to our health and well-being and using kinesiology (muscle response testing) clients can be supported to come into balance and achieve their optimum health and well-being.

How do you feel today?

October 17, 2019

Do you ever feel hormonally imbalanced? Short tempered? Irritable? Lacking energy? Have difficulty sleeping? Dry skin? Sinus issues? Bowl issues? Constipation? Breathing problems? If the answer is yes to any of these then please read this ??

“My family and I started visiting Vanessa at Health’s Angels about 9 months ago and Kinesiology has helped us all immensely. Kinesiology has had a very positive impact on my health and wellbeing and my boys. I was a little sceptical to start with but it has had such positive impact on me I would recommend it to everyone.

I felt hormonally imbalanced. I was short tempered and irritable with my children, lacking energy all the time with difficulty sleeping and very dry skin. Over my time seeing Vanessa I feel much more balanced and calm, as a result I am much more tolerant and I am sleeping so well now. I am really happy and very content.

My 6 year old twin boys also started with Kinesiology. Luca since birth has suffered with his bowels and constipation and Zach with his breathing and sinus passages. They have both responded really well to the Kinesiology and do really well with Vanessa while she is doing the treatment. Both boys have made huge improvements with their health and they are both doing amazingly well and they are so healthy.

I would definitely recommend Kinesiology to help maintain a healthy mind and body and to keep you balanced as well as give you an all round sense of wellbeing.”

Kinesiology can help you work out what supplements you need to take.

October 8, 2019

Taking daily, high quality supplements to support our precious body’s system in today’s toxic world is paramount if we want to maintain a healthy mind and body.

As experienced Kinesiologists and Nutritional Therapists at Health’s Angels we use skilled muscle testing to determine nutritional deficiencies in your body which makes your treatment with us totally unique and bespoke.

You may even bring your own supplements and also foods you eat regularly as well as foods you suspect may be causing you problems and we can also test for all these either globally on the body or even against specific systems- that’s how accurate and amazing Systematic Kinesiology is! Many of our clients have been suffering for years with health issues from constipation to skin conditions and migraines.

Many times it is the deficiency of some minerals or a digestive enzyme that can rectify these health problems incredibly quickly.

Why we need supplements

We cannot obtain everything we need from our food. Today’s fruit and vegetables provide about 20-50% of the nutrients they provided 50 years ago. Pollution, genetic engineering, mineral-deficient soil, chemical fertilisers and pesticides, premature harvesting, transportation and storage all contribute to the further reduction of available vitamins and minerals in our food. Animals and fish are fed a diet of questionable quality and are pumped full of hormones and antibiotics, which we absorb when eating meat and fish. In addition, much of our diet consists of processed and refined foods, sorely lacking in nutrients.

As we age, we are less able to absorb and utilise the vitamins and minerals in our food. It is important, therefore, to supplement our diets with good quality, whole food vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids. Synthetic supplements are actually more stressful for the body than taking no supplements at all, as the body has to deal with the extra chemicals contained in the pills.

Kinesiology can help you work out what supplements you need to take. Using your muscles as an indicator, we can test to see which ones your body prefers, how many to take and for how long to take them. In our testing kits we house a multitude of different high end supplements including organic, vegan and ethically sourced plant based and glandular samples of many different brands.
